CLE: The Ethics of Social Media for Attorneys and Judges
While social media provides new ways for attorneys to communicate and collaborate, it also presents ethical challenges that may result in an attorney or judge being LinkedIn with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission or the Judicial Inquiry Board. This interactive online seminar on March 6, 2018 explores how you can avoid those new “friends.” Through a series of hypothetical scenarios, attorneys and judges with all levels of experience who participate in this program will better understand how to identify and avoid the ethical pitfalls that are often present when using social media.
The program is presented by the ISBA Bench & Bar Section. It qualifies for 1.50 hours MCLE credit, including 1.50 hours PMCLE credit (subject to approval).
