Attorney Wendy M. Musielak Installed as DCBA’s President
Attorney Wendy M. Musielak, a partner at Esp Kreuzer Cores LLP, was installed as the DuPage County Bar Association’s (DCBA) president at its annual meeting on June 19, 2020. The installation of president and the 2020-2021 officers and directors took place in the Courtyard of the DuPage County Judicial Center in Wheaton, Illinois.
The DuPage County Bar Association serves the attorneys, judiciary, and citizens of DuPage County, Illinois in providing legal education, business development, and networking opportunities, designed to enhance and benefit DCBA membership and the community, while upholding the highest degree of civility and professionalism.
Musielak concentrates her practice on family law matters, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, and spousal support, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, litigation and appeals, and complex litigation.
Before becoming a partner with Esp Kruezer Cores LLP, Musielak worked as a staff attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court. She also served as an adjunct professor for DePaul University’s Department of Management.
In 2013, Musielak was selected as the DuPage County Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year for her outstanding work in the local community and legal associations. Musielak is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a member and former director of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers.
Musielak is a fellow for the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois.
Musielak received her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and Management with highest honors from DePaul University in Chicago. She earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. Musielak is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court.
