It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Fleck, a named partner of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, on Friday, March 1, 2024. His loss is deeply felt by his family, colleagues, and the countless lives he touched throughout his distinguished career.

Kenneth Lowry Black, 80, of Washington, IL, died on August 22, 2023, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home under the gentle care of his family and the OSF hospice team.
The Honorable James E. "Jim" Garrison, age 82, of Plainfield, IL, formerly of Peoria and Joliet, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home. Jim was born on March 23, 1941, in Peoria, IL.
Terence "Terry" Madsen, 69, of Princeton, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, in Liberty Village Manor Court of Princeton surrounded by family following a battle with cancer.
Steven Ross Gilford, 70, a lifelong resident of Evanston, Illinois.
John B. Grogan, 92, of Lincolnwood passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Vito Anthony Colucci, 80, of Mount Prospect, formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Jim Weiss of River Forest, died on Aug. 10, 2023, after a long battle with antiphospholipid syndrome.
