Attorney William J. Foote passed away early Easter morning on April 17, 2022, in Aurora, Illinois, at age 89, surrounded during his last days, as he was throughout his life, by his family. He was born on May 11, 1932, to Raymond A. and Arvilla (Atherton) Foote in Sandwich, Illinois.
Stephen Howard Armstrong, 73, died on April 13, 2022. A longtime resident of Evanston, IL, he was a devoted husband, father, lawyer and lover of the arts.
John Thomas Naylor, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, died Thursday, March 31, 2022, at his home in Venice, Fla. He was 81 years old.

The Honorable Judge James (Jim) M. Wexstten, 71, passed away at Greentree Assisted Living and Memory Care in Mount Vernon, Illinois, on April 10, 2022. Jim was born on April 29, 1950, in Pana, Illinois, to the late Henry and Doris (Ruppert) Wexstten. Jim grew up in Nokomis, Illinois. Jim married Darla Smith Wisely on August 3, 1982, in Breckenridge, Colorado.

Carnow, age 79, of Highland Park, respected ERISA attorney, founder and President of Carnow & Associates, Ltd.; cherished husband for more than 50 years of Maralyn, nee Klein; loving father of Scott (Jenifer), Shelley (Ron) Thurber, and Mark (Amy); devoted Papa of Ashley, Lindsay, Casey, Caitlin, and Gavin; dear brother of Allen (Linda); treasured brother-in-law and uncle.
Mary Elizabeth Kopko (née Bonte) passed away on March 30, 2022, with family at her side.
