A Legal Services Attorney may attend designated live ISBA Law Ed programs at a reduced fee of $25 for ISBA members and at a reduced fee of $75 for half day programs and $100 for full day programs for non-ISBA members (there is an additional charge if lunch is served).

The Legal Services Attorney must:

work for a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization whose mission is to provide quality civil legal assistance to low-income persons; and
work in either:
1. a full-time position; or
2. a part-time position and the attorney receives no income through the practice of law, unless the income is paid by the Legal Services entity.

The attorney must submit this form at least 10 days prior to the program.
