Attorney General’s 2012 online Freedom of Information training now available

Under section 3.5(b) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 ILCS 140/3.5(b)), all Freedom of Information officers are required to annually complete the Attorney General’s Public Access Counselor’s electronic training curriculum. The 2012 FOIA training is now available for completion and may be accessed through the Attorney General’s Web site: <http://foia.ilattorneygeneral.net/Default.aspx>. ■
