Welch, Charles Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP recently welcomed new lateral associations and recent law school graduates to the firm, including ISBA members David J. Welch and Rebecca Charles.

David J. Welch joins the Chicago office to focus on product liability and general trial practice. Welch received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2016 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. in 2010 from Fordham University. He previously served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney.

Rebecca Charles recently graduated and joins the Chicago office as associates. Charles received her J.D. in 2017 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, her M.P.H. in 2017 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her B.S.N. in 2012 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
