Kendall Human and Civil Rights, December 2006 On August 25th the Ad Hoc Committee on a Comprehensive and Integral International Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations adopted a final text by a vote of 102 to 5.
