Dealing with our “snowbird clients”

Many of our "snowbird clients" have now returned from the sunny climate of Florida where they have spent the winter and early spring months, and many of these clients will no doubt bring questions to use, as Illinois practitioners, about their estates, and whether any steps need to be taken in the event they decide to relocate to, or spend more time in, Florida.
